Im working on this illustration for Christmas as i think ive gotten to a point where im more confident in doing bigger bits of art. Id like some advice/tips for this one.

One thing I do notice is that the left arm (our left) looks a bit off and im not sure why

maybe try and make the pose more dynamic? like hes holding the star too close to his chest which might be difficult to read since theres a lot of details on the character
i did this quick but just an example on a more dynamic pose you could! it all depends in what you want to convey
its a very cute fairy btw

Oh yeah I dont think I mentioned with the sweater yet XD. The sweater is extremely oversized. Mainly because the character is literally 1ft tall and the sweater was his father's who is a human, who shrunk it down to Agni's liking lol

ive been extremely busy i dont think im gonna make it XD I might need to whip something up quickly so i can say i did something for christmas XD

so we getting into the characters lore here now lol. Ill give a basic summary:
his father's name is melden, but he isnt his bio dad. He just adopted agni when agni was 3. Reason why he had to was because agni accidentally burned a major part of a forest he lived in (small baby with fire magic in a very flamable forest doesnt turn out so well). Basically was abandoned, Melden found him and took him in
Melden is around 120+ years old, a wizard, and is blind (dont stop him though XD)
