IMM REAALLYY STRUGGLING with drawing clothes... especially when both of the person is using the same clothes. i also struggle with drawing the clothes folds, shadows and all... 😭 what should i do to make it betterrr? anywayy, any feedback of my art is VERY VERY VERY WELCOME 😄

I believe the problem lies more in the way the shadows present a very smooth transition from the lightest to the darkest tone

Like in this photo, for example. You can see that the shadows don't always have a gradient in the folds of the clothing

^i agree this might be what makes it look off, personally i start by drawing only hard shadows then use airbrush/blending to soften certain parts. try to keep a balance of softer and hard shadows (and use references for the placement of the folds!)

That's a great start! In my opinion, the eyes and the overall profile are making it look a bit off. I did a little paintover if you don't mind. I think with some small changes to the eyes and profile you could make it look more youthful.
