I would say the one on the right, with the white, looks more impactful. I would even say experiment with that base teal color and make it darker for the light source, almost like at the ends of the hair. Maybe even try making a new overlay later and add more red lighting around the heart and scars. Glhf!

I really think the red makes it already more eye catching, plus the contrast with the white and black is really nice. It's a amazingly composed piece
