If you have the motivation for it and energy why not redo? Unless you have a deadline on the comic. On the plus side, its like having two versions that you can choose between.
How about this, if you were to redo will that drawing have a better view of the story? Like you believe the new drawing will give the reader a more impactful/easier read for the story? If so then maybe you should redo so that the story of the comic becomes closer to how you want it. But if its just like it being more polished or mistakes that you see which is bothering you, then maybe its not that important?
