im sure this was done with a reference so if you're trying to stay true to the reference then this one doesn't matter, but since you asked how to make him appear more attractive, fixing the facial thirds would probably be a good change right now the forehead is a little small compared to the other 2 thirds, and adding highlights would definitely be a good change
