I drew Jon from the magnus archives after he wakes up from the coma, theres gunna be a lot of eyes everywhere later.

I’m not familiar with this character, so I can’t say if these are their real proportions.
Regardless, I can tell you you likely didn’t draw the body before the clothing, because the underlying anatomy looks janky.
A good rule to remember is that elbows line up where the waist is, and that hands end where the crotch does. In yours, both look off.
Additionally, the legs are strange; take a look at how low the knees are, and now imagine how long his thighs must be under the robe.

As I said, I don’t know this character, so you’ll have to correct me if I’m wrong on the above, but in general, there’s a way to handle human proportions so that they’re recognisably human, no matter the stylisation.

I think its a perspective issue

They're both pointed more down than they should be

Invisioning what angle a box would be at in the context of the rest of the drawing could help 'put it into perspective (ha) (obnoxious laugh track)'
