alr, pics might be trash a bit…and most drawing are drew in school tables 🥀
Doesnt matter what it is or how trash it may be. We need examples
I have goals from just doodling to advanced drawing like hands, body, face etc.
i also have a drawing pad from XP pen
Have you found your art style yet? Or do you need help finding it?
i need help
But im interested in smooth drawing styles, like sketching and doodle
Could you send an example of how you want to draw, like an image?
Like an example from other creators or mine
From other creators, but credit
alr
same style of hollow knights, not hard..something like small characters not like the hard complex characters with this type of anime stuff
i need to keep it simple at first
i will get you an example from #🧩・doodle-chat
Sadly,I couldn’t find the examble
When youre drawing small humanoid bodies, it helps to get good at shapes first. If youre a beginner it's advisable to use references and start with basic shapes like circles and rectangles, your line of action, when you are looking at the reference look at the negative spacing, and observe what shapes you can use for the body head, e.t.c I can send you a guide for how I draw hands and stuff. Honestly, using references is helpful at first, and you don’t gotta worry too much about details. I'm not quite sure about face though, if you want to draw characters like hollow nights but as you said it is best to keep it simple
yea
It's okay, I'm assuming you where talking about this style right? (Credits to Kakenbush)
very close yeah
i want to know which pencil is the best (HB or other)
thanks for guidance, but did you see the doodles i drew,it might let you know the style.
its up,at the first of the conversation
Yep, I saw.
alr,have a nice day.
Have a nice day and a wonderful art journey!
Not bad not bad
You're on the right track, you just gotta keep practicing you'll be all right.
Okay
If you feel like you're loosing skill level, take a small break, usually when you do take a break, you come back and realise you've somehow improved while you were taking a break.
i did take a break,for 3 months maybe
Then give yourself some time, and make a structure to your study, and really only do art if you enjoy doing it. Thats the best way to make long term achievements.
well,i have been learning how to draw legs and i learned, now im learning how to draw hands…im learning every part of the body in their easy perspectives, then i will learn how to improve them.
Im enjoying what im doing, im not forcing myself.
Very good job, this is how I'd recommend new artistd to learn the body.
Thanks
do anyone have any tip for me to get better indrawing hands?
That looks AWESOME, something does look off, I could help you with that, so whats off it that the fingers are relatively close in hieght, your thumb is slightly shorter than what ypur fingers are, and i can see you used a curves shape to form the fingers, my tip is to not use a curve for the fingers instead use this shape, (I'll show you)
First thing is that you have to understand the shape of the palm, maybe go on pinterest look at photos of hands and really just observe the palm, how the fingers curve, the flick of the finger.. e t c. so you gotta focus on the basic shape first, you must remember it changes depending on the viewing angle, then, you have to observe the finger and thumb angles and as i said, the pinterest picture or whatever look at the angle of the fingers in relation to each other. find the angle of the thumb and what it has in common with the rest of the hand. you'll come up with a shape like this :
Yo XP wsggg
Hey AK
oh mb,it took me a while to see your tip…thanks a lot!!
