For this specifically, I would recommend doing a structure sketch underneath before drawing the limbs. That way you know roughly your proportions

Cause you need help witj everything so yknow its hard to specify one thing but.
Structure sketches are where you basicslly draw a very simplified skeleton of your character before you draw it

Your line work is also pretty sketchy. You can see here the lines are smoother and consistent
Its a stylistic choice yknow, but if that is something you wanna work on then id definitely recommend it
