Hihi! Currently more of a cartoonish artist but I’m trying to learn semi realism instead! Gonna leave any studies and drawings I do here just for tracking my progress ^_^
Feel free to chat in here with me :D if anyone wants to do studies together I’d love that too
Gonna be starting traditionally (despite being a digital artist LMAO) then I’ll be moving onto digital once I feel more confident!
I’ll be making a schedule for what I’m going to be studying for the next few weeks soon 
For now I think I’ll be starting with facial proportions and structure! I’ve never done realism before so I want to start off with getting that down before I start any shading attempts

Did these 4 portraits 
Some things I noticed were I definitely need to improve on drawing the eyes and lips!
Additionally I feel like I’m just copying what I’m seeing instead of analyzing the facial structure! I’m going to draw some more later and try to focus more on understanding the structures instead of copying 
These aren’t the best but I think they came out okay for my first time attempting realism + drawing traditionally after years rahhhhh
I think I at least improved a bit from the first one to the fourth one so that’s good!
Any tips and critique are heavily appreciated! ^_^

It’s been super fun and I’ve actually been enjoying it a lot more than I thought!

Yay finally finished! I still see a lot of errors and areas I can improve in for next time, but for my first realism piece I’m proud of how it came out! ^_^

Finally have a set schedule for myself yippie
I still really enjoyed doing the portrait above, so I’ll be doing one at the end of every week! Kind of a way to see how my facial proportions have improved + so I can have an early start on Shading/coloring :3
