need help so bad on the skirt rendering

NOW HOW THE HELL DO I RENDER THIS SKIRT, ITS LOOKING SO BAD SO FAR SO PLEASE HELP???

the skirt doesnt look bad imo. as far as im seeing it, you should render the fabric layers under the top layer with the star on it. I'd recommend looking up references but it depends on what the material is there
