Okay so now to critique. I see that you said that shes very energetic. I don’t really feel that from this character. It more like the character is more introverted than extroverted. If you want her to be energetic. You probably might change the hair from covering her face and have her show her beaming bright expression.

i think the hairstyle is what makes her really feel more like an introvert
if you let her eyes be visible and made the hair stick up more it would help imo

I think her design is cute. Introvert yes, but giving her an extrovert personality? Even cuter. That's called a moe gap trope. Where a character acts opposite to how they appear

I think in order to make her look more energetic and bubbly, you could maybe stick to smooth and dynamic lines(mostly hair), and maybe make her hair/bangs cover some but not all of her eye. Also, I think maybe you could make her figure more chubby to help with the bubbly vibe (im sry if thats not wut ur going for correct me) and also something about extroverted characters is their charming and cheerful smile, so maybe incorporate some of that? Im rly sry if I misinterpreted wut u meant by “energetic” but i hope this helps!
