Can’t draw hands :(

This is what my hands look like, and every time I see a hand I draw it just looks wrong, even when I’m using a reference.
Are hands just a practice thing or is there something I can do to improve my hands?

this doesnt look too bad, it can be useful to look up avarage hand proportions for a nice rule of thumb(get it lol?). the one thing i notice is the pinkie finger looks too long, plus the palm doesnt usually extend as far on that pinkie side, theres like a slope downwards, imagine a square thats cut of on one edge.

take what i say with a grain of salt though, im not that good at drawing hands either
