I have some characters that ive created, named Tessa and Alyssa. I need help to decide exactly what they would listen to (i use this to create the character)

So far for Tessa: I have her as an (insert creature w/ wings, the specifics haven't been harded out yet) and with the skin color of a caramel frappuchino. She, alongside Alyssa, are suit types(think something from MIB) and i want to convey that in their design, but I've been using music as a creative influence but that hasn't helped.

can someone else please help me get this straight

What do you mean by "using music as a creative influence doesnt help"? There are many music artists and music genres that do fit a suit i guess. My first thought is ok-go and then Bruno mars

they are suits for some org of some kind, i dont want to make that their only personality, as that would be one note, and want to keep the suit just as a dress of some kind. I still want it to be a part of their personality but dont want it to become their whole personality

I mean you could have it as the suits affecting thier personality for extra fun. Like a Timid character becomes brave or arrogant, a Sad character becomes happy and peppy

as for thier base personality well thats up to you. What do these characters do in their free time ? what do they do for fun. what do they eat ? what do they like and dislike ?
