Use your school colours. It looks fine but the shoulders are uneven, and I think just for this kind of thing you should use a less stylized face thingamajig

Makenit less stylized. It looks good but this is supposed to represent an entire group of people and with this more kinda cartoony head it makes it seem very unserious I guess.
