here's your sheet or make your own
remember we need horizon line (HL) and 1 vanishing point (VP) only A_A_thumb

I tried to do that without guides, eyeballing the perspective and trying to draw straight lines by hand. I hope I got the assignment correctly, otherwise i't possible to just press cmd-2 in CSP and it'll stick to a perspective ruler

#

should i strive to draw perfect cubes by hand? How helpful is it? iall I drew were boxes, not cube is there a trick to draw a a perfect cube in perspective, i.e., all edges equal length? in illustrations I just dragged around a cube primitive on CSP 3d layer to figure out the depths at different points in perspective, and a mannequin to figure out the relative dimensions

I try a dynamic perspective with a one vanishing point

Because I have been drawing so much curvilinier perspective recently, drawing straight vertical and horizontal feels so weird. I always want to curve it and make it look more correct

Can someone explain to me the difference between 1 point perspective boxes and 3 point ones since in both scenarios we can see their three sides

#

Might be a dumb question im new

# hardy junco So how do we choose which one to use in different scenarios

u can use some general rules about perspective first, most common is the 2 point but most 'realistic' looking is 3 point. I would suggest practicing 1 and 2 point at first to get a good idea about it before moving to more complicated ones
the important part is to define your horizon line and after that u can decide if u need 1 or 2 vanishing points EM_pray

here's my attempt at 2 p perspective, i don't think I'll finish the full drawing and I should've probably started with sketching before color
