Personally, I think the second one looks better! If you're up for experimentation, maybe you could try out a brush who's edges aren't as sharp? Or duplicate the layer and gaussian blur the second one a bit?

I've never worked with csp before so unfortunately I can't exactly recommend any
But I assume you can easily find a default brush that fits

Depending on your rendering style a softer lineart like that could look nicer ^^
