Im really struggling with getting the shading of the face correct, and somthing feels off
still a WIP

I would change hues in the shadows of the face a tad, usually you would not just want to up the contrast of the skintone in the shadows, and instead hue shift and/or desaturate it just depends on the ambient light, from the loocks of the shading on the arms it would desaturate towards a dark blue. You also dont have any highlights or shade variation in the part of the face being hit by the light

I like the color selection though, the colors like nice together

Definitley in the shadow color yeah, I would maybe darken it a bit more though, to look more coherent to the shadows on the red clothes
