I'd recommend studying the fundamentals of human anatomy. There's a few things wrong with your drawing's anatomy: the thighs shouldn't shrink at the knees and elongate again for the calves, for one. If you struggle with drawing proportional anatomy from imagination, use references (I use them alot when I'm struggling.) Also, the character might look off because they look boxy. Try breaking down the body into more organic shapes (circles, ovals, cylinders.) Try imagining the human body as a puppet. Here's an example of breaking down shapes (bad example since I did this with a computer mouse, I hope you get the point though.)
i agree, also, this vid was one i think explains the shape breakdown and propotions of human bodies well
hope this helps!

also, if you want to use boxes, then try to remember that the torso wouldnt be just a cube
like this
it would be more like this
its kinda exagerated
but i hope yk what i mean
last, i know this is said alot, try to always use references
it really helps
