I love your sketch! Personally, I’d move the lips lower down, and the nose a little higher if you like since your style seems to be mostly semi-realistic and less cartoonish. If you have a reference and semi-realistic is what you’re going for, try cutting the face on the reference up into thirds to see how big each third is, then replicate that on your drawing :)
