Hi, I’m currently rendering the face on a comm I’m working on, but the nose seems to be off, I can tell it’s not quite right but I’m not exactly sure what the actual issue is. Please feel free to red line and work over the screenshots as I learn better visually than with just explanation alone. I’ve included a flipped image as well as a zoomed out composition of the entire face for your convenience! To specify it’s the female subjects anatomy

Thanks in advance

The nose is quite complicated, for that you did a fantastic job. But what I would do fist is defining the shadow and light areas. Than carving out the nose hols with reflected light and ambient occlusion. to define the shape of the nose in shadow. Don't forgetting to give the nose a cast shadow. What you did different is your underside of the nose is only partly covered in shadow but, but it is fully covered by it referring to the red line work. Also I gave her a sharper nose bridge, with clear value changes. so that her nose doesn't apear to be too flat. But I say you already are on a good way.
