#Help with brutalism and perspective

I am wanting to get into brutalist art, but I am struggling with perspective specifically with the spacing and size of stuff as it gets closer to a vanishing point.

A concrete example is a building with an infinite number of evenly sized and evenly spaced windows going off into the horizon: How do I go about figuring out how the sizes of the windows change? I know that for the height, I can follow the lines going towards the point, but for the spacing and the width of the windows, I will need to know how to calculate it based on the size of the first window or something like that, right? I just don't know how that all works. I tried looking it up online but am struggling to come up with a brief, accurate thing to search, in order to find the right answers.

Is it a thing where I have to use the same angles? I just had the idea that maybe the angles stay the same? Does that also work for 3-point perspective or no? Or is it completely wrong?

Does that work the same way in 3-point perspective or is that different?
