i made a post about my problem a few days ago, i really need someone to help make a reference i can follow and colors i could use :(

For white hair, blues, purples are grays are generally used from what I can see. You should first establish which is your light and which is your dark side (where the light source/sun is). As for the shading of the hair I'm not precisely sure how to guide you, I believe there's one available in the resources section of this server
One thing, the colour of the neck and the face do not match, the discrepancy in the shades is too large for it to be a matter of shadows

no cuz like i make the neck shadow color very darker from the face to differentiate lighting, but i get what you mean
