What i can tell u is because the right side is facing away the features would look smaller than the side that's facing us, and the eyes should be farther apart, almost always one eye apart and the lips r too low, what I'd say is if to look at human faces at that angle and once you observe that well you can draw it in your stylized way

It does look better, but I think you should liquefy the head back a little cause it's a bit too vertical if yk what I mean and make the ear a big higher
