Please help me with my proportions, coloring and anatomy

Hey guys. so I really wanna get better at art, but every time I flip the canvas, it looks terrible, and disheartening even. Even further, I lack the fundamental coloring AND shading skills, so all of my drawings are boring. On top of that, I can't draw hair, or full body. I know this is a lot, but pleaaase help me. Here's some of my work.
Also, Im trying to go to semi-realism/realism but I can't do that. Please help once again. TYSM

And also, I wanna be able to make super cool poses and understand how to draw a full body, and the features of the face and its proportions 😭😭😭
