So i think the main issue is there isn't enough contrast between the shadows and highlights, which can make it look a bit flat, do you have a reference photo??

You also have the far eye being way smaller than the neat eye. Yes there is a slight shift, but not by that much even in forced perspective. Do you have a reference youre trying to emulate?
