draw them first out in blocks or shapes to help with getting angles or proportions right, it helps a lot having some kind of guide(even when using a reference) to go off when drawing the hands n fingers

you can also try to use your own hand to mimic the pose and draw from that

the hands are too big. you should be able to grab your face with your hand, if that makes sense

like the palm+fingers should be the same size as the face
