Need help with rendering

Idk how to render, I tried doing a couple shapes but that isn't really the style of shading I want for my art. the video is me, and the photo is kind of the style I want

This is one I'm working on but I'm gonna redo the coloring because I dont like it

Your colours are a lot more vibrant in this painting than in your reference.

i wasnt using that as a reference at the time i was working on it

except for when i did the sketch

Try using arcanes style of sharp edges and shadows. Looking at it as if it's 3d will probably help

Idk though don't quote me on that
