Brush question

[dark parcel]

I have a question about something I saw in another artist's art. This lines here, were they created by a special brush or something? This is in CSP btw

This is a brush texture. It’s something that would be very difficult and long to do manually. Doesnt matter what app. Its done with a brush

Do you happen to know what brush texture it is.
