Did you use references?
If answer =
-Yes : Send em here!!
-No : Get a reference and try again!!
Without a point of reference it's a lot harder to tell what's wrong, maybe the arms are too thin or that thigh gaps a bit too big but it all depends on the kind of positioning which u need a reference to rlly check
One thing I will say is that they're both quite rigid poses which may be part of the issue but it's normal to start with rigidity and then once ur more confidant to begin to learn more dynamic poses
As for the first one aka the one that's just standing I couldn't find the exact reference but this one looks almost the same, as for the second one here it is :
From the standing ref, I'd say urs is missing the curve of the breast, the bra on the drawings just going straight rather than wrapping round
Also I think u should clean up the lines around the arm and waist to better communicate what's what cause right now it means the curving in and out of the torso isn't being shown all that well
Ye that other ref definitely automatically has more energy to it than the other, when drawing that I'd have in mind particularly that her body's twisting a little, the shoulders slant shows how she'd shifting her weight and she's rotating her hips as seen with the bellybutton placement, and her feet are turned inwards
