Color help?

I was making a character for the first time forever and surprisingly hate the colors I picked. Help?

you should look up color palettes and take inspiration/color pick from those!! i think the colors you chose dont mix well together, especially the brown and the blue

theres websites made for color palettes that u can google but if u cant find any i can send ones i use myself hehe

pinterest also works really well for that

Hm.. she’s supposed to be cyber goth so..

But I also don’t like really bright colors unless they’re like highlight colors

Sigh.. man I wish I was still a noob and didn’t have these problems 😭

so you dont like the blue itself? i searched up cyber goth and from what i see only the accents are really neon while everything else is still bright but not full neon

the left is the blue i color picked from your drawing which i think should be used for accents, and on the right is a toned down blue i think you should use for the main parts instead of the really neon blue

& make the other colors brighter as well! sorry for the messy drawing i was just experimenting a little but i think if you made the brown brighter it would look better with the blue

i also color picked the dark colors from your drawing and saw that the gray was a bit red-ish, so i think making the gray more blue would tie everything together! just move the outside wheel's circle to blue instead of red lol
