Advice on dynamics

Does anyone have any tips for creating more dynamic art? Esp how to start doing that when you have basically no experience with it.

The most obvious solution seems to be including perspective and dynamic poses but I struggle with coming up with composition for those. Also mostly when I look at references for poses in perspective I don’t get any ideas for which character to place in a possible art piece or what narrative/story I should create for it.

I feel like all pieces I’m working on are really static(and the ones I’ve done already are too). If it is needed I can send them.

I think for dynamic poses it's important to understand what is happening with your composition/perspective in simple shapes first.
Basically to achieve something more dynamic u will have to work with more dramatic angles -lower/higher. U can practice it with basic shapes like this

I think I’m fine with just poses (esp if I have a reference) but I have trouble building things from there

I definitely need to practice perspective more though
