whats wrong with this

i feel thats something is wrong with this but i have no idea what someone help me pls

looks like nose brige too high, ear too small, ear position too back, and so jaw position jaw too back

eyes position slighly too back too

show reference, but before that no point in critiquing much, I feel the lines itself lack a lot of confidence.

I know I changed my position a bit but when I realized it I couldn't fix it anymore
