I feel like something is off in my drawing :’3

Something feels like its missing or is off but I can quite figure it out. I've been staring at it too long ergrgrgehhh :3 I also don't know which version looks better :3 any help would be great :D

i think it looks great! i don't see anything wrong with it personally

i think the pinker lighting makes them stand out more and it also looks more peaceful, and green looks a little murkier and gloomier

i think i prefer the pinker lighting a little more

That's so real. I think I prefer the gloomier one because that was the vibe I was going for, but I was trying to bring in the pink to other places with I also like. I think I'm gonna go from the greener one tbh and figure out another way to bring in more warm tones??

you could maybe try putting a couple highlights on the hair out of the water to make it look a little more 3d

also that's crazy you aren't used to drawing backgrounds, that water texture is so cool
