I really like the hair on this!!

For critique, I think it might be the facial proportions as the mouth is a lot smaller and farther down than it should be. The eyes are also to far up and there are no eyebrows (though that could be a stylistic choice).

I also recommend a bit of shading to really make the character pop

Just make sure the shadows are coordinated and the blush and lip color compliments the skin tone ^^

Lineart on the face and none on the hair.

That could be why it looks weird

I'd say choose one, lineart or no lineart

Don't use a hair brush

Or get rid of the lineart on the face
