the foreshortening in the forst page is pretty bad, the folds are way too overexagerated and the 3/4 is not proportional but the face is the most easy fix in all of this

perchance the ear is too small but yeh, try giving it a little more of a curve or an unique form than just a straight oval

i'd say find references and copy them, then after a bunch of them you start to get the hand of anatomy all by yourself

its all about building your mental library
