So far i know, anatomy human, based on real human, style is your taste.
Style have no limit, like bigger eyes, customized hair style, bulky muscle or very bold shadow, anatomy help make your style more appeal

just work on how to draw the folds and creases of clothing, and anatomy of arm + hand
