i think the hands are fine. if you put your hand to your face, ur hand reaches from the bottom of ur chin to your forehead

ratios seem fine to me, i think its more so the pose is awkward like you are indecisive of which way ur character is facing

i think its important you figure out how the clavicles sit depending on the pose

and most of the time, the chest will be the same shape

figure out how the traps appear differently in different angles and poses
