Yea her arms are short, also make her shoulders go lower. It makes her look more vulnerable I guess? Takes muscle to keep your shoulders up that high in that position.

I edited and made some further little dtuff

In that pose usually the shoulder would be a bit shrugged up

Similar to the reference

I would bring yhe head a bit back

And the calf looks a bit long shorten it a bit

If the elbow is toughind the thigh than the character would have to have a slight more upward posture

If the back is arched all the way like that then the elbows would be on the ground im guessing
