then i think you need to correct the anatomy, the chest part looks forward. but the hip part looks like it's from a 3/4 angle
i hope this can help you, are you using ibis paint? i can give you my brush if you want

Heya so I suck at painting and wanted to learn with you, I can share what I did to get this but ngl its not as hard as it looks and this is still pretty bad
I was totally lost at first ngl but then I used a solid color brush and a clipping mask(really important otherwise you'll focus on trying to color inside the lines rather than how good it looks) for me at least. Anyways after that I chose colors that were lighter like light blue and started putting them randomly on the body, if the light looked like it might hit there I just randomly put it in and saw if it worked or not, deleted accordingly. After I mapped out the light I had to work out which parts of the body stuck out the most in case I missed any parts light would hit. I definietly missed a lot of spots but this was more about painting than light study for me, so after that I took a value imbetween and using multiple layers kinda blended it with some sort of blending tool. Uhhh after that I just airbrushed it and it looked pretty bad until I airbrushed it but yeeah that was it
for Airbrushing I just used white, and I started painting solid color with dark like dark blue. I would paint out the light using the light blue, and then blended or airbrushed parts imbetween
The closer the light is to the object the harder the shadow and highlights
If I had to give a few tips to your painting it would be that your dark values aren't being utilized enough and should be darker, your light source is hitting boobage but it needs to cast shadows and the highlights should be coming from the same angle
thats supposed to say if metallic, hard highlight not shadow and same with if cloth, soft highlights
Maybe you can determine what type of fabric you are using, because each type of fabric has a different rendering method.
I see you're casting shadows on the stomach which is totally correct, if you wanted you could also have the arm have a cast shadow. A cast shadow is just the shadow the arm leaves behind on the body. Also, in my painting you can see global illumination
idk what its called its not global illumination probably but shadows sometimes have light coming from the edge of objects, I think it's compressed light from the angle?
uhh in my painting the lighting on the left stomach is wrong but i dont know how to paint it so ehhhhh
Also i do that would be rlly helpfull thx
This is my favorite brush for blending, hope this can help you :3
Thx
So i will try to rander this
Which colors can i use?
I dont think oly darker versions of same colors wont make it any better
