How is this

OK so, for some quick advice, the lettering is mostly legible but I can't easily read who's joke he thinks this could be? I think it says Mina but I'm not sure because those letters are too smudged
Also his hand is backwards, like, testing it out with my own hand, technically the range of motion is there, but even if like, someone threw him the water bottle, and he twisted his hand to catch it, realistically his hand would naturally twist a little towards himself, overall it just doesn't look natural and a bit painful and awkward
Also the collar of his t shirt is too raised and wide, it should lay more flat.
And that tree branch is the same width from one extreme to the other. As it grows away from the tree it should, well, branch out and taper off.
I also like the bushes in the background, those look cool.
Secondly tho, is the like, darker half of the drawing implying that he's like, turning to stone or something? It's a cool texture, overall nice shading, im just not sure what it's meant to represent for him?

I definetly get the hallucinations bit, hearing voices stuff, that part does translate very well!
It's just the texture in his body that looks a bit confusing.

I'm one of those people of the opinion that cringe is dead.
You can defiently improve, but that comes with practice, you're doing good so far, and are trying to do difficult stuff so you're on the right track
