I had a friend who drew like this. You should utilize line weight, there are many videos on it but I recommend prokos and some master studies. Your drawings look traced because the lines are flat and have no variations.
Especially in the eyes. Those 100% look traced. Your layer is labelled 'sketch', but this is lineart lol, not a sketch.
Not saying you ARE tracing, but it sure does look to be so. And if you ain't, that's probsbly why your drawing looks weird

Use your imagination, use multiple references, etc.

I have a habit of doing a lot of little lines and then it looks all weird and fuzzy, so i try to draw straight lines above it

Work on your line confidence. You chicken scratch? That's not necessarily a bad thing but if you sketch this way it can be hard to tell what you're doing

Ik it still looks weird because i draw with a mouse and chicken scratches just look so bad and i atleast try to make it better with straight lines wich is hard with a mouse, so i normally color it now and make it straight (works most of the time, the rest i just give up)
