i’ve made 2 new OC’s: Astra and X.O, and i’d like any and all help with making an interesting story about them! this is what i have right now ⬇️

i would like to expand on:

  • they’re a two-man band (x.o is the music producer/guitarist and astra is the singer/vocals)
  • siblings

misc/funny/other:

  • astra likes cookies n cream ice cream, or just any ice cream—she has a sweet tooth!
  • x.o like seafood boil—savory typa guy

if you have anything to add in either category lmk!! i’m appreciative of all help 🫶💫

i enjoy a fun sibling dynamic like the ones in oshi no ko and zzz! i just think its entertaining

Now, I would say focus on their story mores, what make these characters different from other pop stors

Yea their likes/dislikes are fun, but that's not really the purpose of a character. That's more of their personality quirks. THe idea of characters is for us the audience to get a glimspe in who they are without being told through exposition of what they like to eat

Visual storytelling is the key here. like look up riot splash art and they convey clear understanding of what a character is and how the audience expects them to fight. Same for non combative characters

No promblem. LIke Sketches are fine. But try to consider doing a character illustration with the ideas I just gave above. this is how you can really make a character popl and not just be in the void aka no bg
