The neck seems too small. Men have thicker necks but if your worried about the head it seems fine.

Not related to the feminine / masculine thing but the ears seem pretty low for a straight on perspective unless you're trying to make them look up or something

The eyes are a bit big, men typically have smaller looking eyes. Also making the forehead bigger is sure fire way of making them look masculine, albeit a bit ugly
Also the face is a bit too round
