You can show the errors in the pic and some tips on how to improve it I already tried drawing the male torso a while ago and since I'm back to drawing it again I watched and looked for a reference about anatomy for male torso.

These are some reference study's

Yellow: shoulders should be proportionate to back, here, the back and neck muscles are too big

#

Green: shoulders have mass, and don't have much space between torso and shoulder

#

Blue: pecs go out more, you kinda just did your body shape then added the pecs over it

#

Red: same with blue, but also they need to look less like football 🏈 laces and more like Hawaiian rolls

Purple: make the biceps bigger than the forearms, if their equal, your character looks weak, which I can tell by the torso, that's not what your going for, and if the forearms are bigger than the biceps, you looks like Popeye

I say this literally any beginner who is trying to learn anatomy, study FORM first 👍. There are yt videos on it but, i'll give you a general tutorial. Draw 3D shapes, not just draw them but understand the concept of perspective and the feel or mass of the shape you are drawing. If you can draw a really good cylindar and sphere then you are pretty much set to start breaking down body parts into steps YOU can understand. Honestly it might seem overwhelming but a good way to learn is just by seeing the objects around you and breaking it down into the most simplist of 3D shapes. So yeah, do form before anatomy, helps a lot.
