i think you shouldnt focus on anatomy right now

#

try going back to the basics of basics

#

draw cubes

#

they'll help you in proportion and perspective which will be extremely useful once you start on anatomy

#

i reccommend this video

#

simplifying the human body down into shapes is a big thing when learning anatomy

#

drawing cubes will also hopefully give you enough practice to start having more line confidence

#
#

this is a helpful video too once youve got boxes down

Ussually you can learn stuff like this, box/cube perspective > cylinder perspective > drawing a bit more of a complex shape in perspective > very simplified anatomy > more complex anatomy

"Draw boxes to learn art", but why is that important? I'll explain why drawing boxes is a good exercise, and a useful step to figure out construction before learning detailed anatomy.

Drawing shapes in perspective is really good for drawing many things but for humans it is really important to learn gesture first before adding simple shapes and after that anatomy
