Head drawing

I’m still a beginner artist and ive been drawing heads for fun without taking it seriously. Rn, I am taking it seriously and I’ve searched up a few references and made my own way to make a “head” which im not finished with yet. I need tips on what I should add just incase I missed some important parts or if the porportions are wrong, and I especially need help with the shading since I’ve never considered light in my drawings.

It looks really good, the only thing I noticed is that the ears might be a bit small, cuz ears start and end between eye and nose
