How do i make this look.. less weird?

it just looks kinda weird, the hands mainly. I just want to know what to improve, like should i bring in the fingers more closer? or should i move them? Please keep in mind im a begineer artist so i dont know many art terms yet, thank you

the number one thing you need to do right now is practice perspective for this drawing, a simple way you can do that is searching up how to draw boxes in perspective on youtube
