The kids head angle in relation to the body makes me think their neck is broken. Try taking a picture of someone trying to do that from that angle and youll see what i mean. Youll need to either make changes to the head angle or body angle

The forearms of the girl looks really long, I don't think it's supposed to be like that
And yeah the kids neck looks really broken. Maybe because of it's head angle

Take a picture of someone with their back at that angle and have them turn their head back as far as they can without hurting themselves.
