I love this, it's a canon event where we all struggle with anatomy proportions haha! Generally, you can fix this by using the head you've so lovingly drawn with detail as a measuring tool for the rest of the body. Aesthetically most artists tend to gravitate towards 7-8 head heights if it's not stylised chibis.

In the attached photo I've just elongated it and fixed some of the body landmarks and to show what I mean by using the head as a measurement tool, and you can tell it's more proportionate to the head.
Proko I believe does well explaining anatomy proportions on youtube, it's just the rite of passage to build that foundational knowledge of body proportions.

Even I had to write notes about it, which you can have lol.

Very lovely drawing of the face, I can tell you put a lot of effort into your favourite part ❤️

The size of the head is too big in comparison to the shoulders. I can tell when it’s intentional or not and this doesnt look intentional. Make the shoulders at least twice as wide as the head if its an adult. 1 1/2 of the head if its a kid. Also keep in mind that the legs should be about half the total height.
