When the moon is that big near the water the angle of the reflection causes it to become more of a pillar of light rather than an exact reflection,

Also with how well you can see the moon you should be able to also see stars depending on what ur going for,

Id personally add forground elements to make the scene more apealing and adding shading to the mountains would really improve them

Moon reflection looks waaaay to small in comparison to the actual moon. It looks about the same in size or bigger. Never smaller
